Inquiry & Consultation
Once you submit an inquiry form, we will send you a calendar link within 2 business days to schedule a 45-minute virtual or in-person consultation. During our meeting, we'll take the time to get to know you and discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
Proposal & Booking
After our meeting, we’ll gather our notes and work on a proposal that will include an initial estimate and timeline. All projects are quoted with at least one specialty print process with letterpress being the most common. Once you have approved the proposal, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to secure your booking.
Onboarding
Once you're on our calendar, you'll receive a client portal to keep everything organized and a questionnaire to gather wording and all the details before design begins.
Design
The design phase begins with a mood board to establish the tone and color palette, followed by a rough sketch to set the direction. From there, we create a full digital mockup and offer up to three revisions to ensure your vision is perfectly captured. Once the mockup is finalized, you'll receive a final proof for approval and a print release to sign before we move into production.
Wedding projects typically take 10 to 16 weeks from design to delivery, depending on the amount of custom pieces. Rush services may be available upon request.
Production
Once the design is approved and the print release is signed, we’ll send everything to our production partner(s). The timeline for receiving your pieces depends on the chosen print method and the complexity of your project.
Finishing & Delivery
Once your stationery arrives, we carefully inspect each piece and add any finishing touches before assembly. This phase typically takes 4 to 7 weeks or longer, depending on the complexity of your project. When everything’s ready, we’ll securely pack and ship your stationery directly to you. Please note, we do not offer guest mailing services.
Day-Of Stationery
For weddings and events, we can then begin designing your day-of stationery—dinner and bar menus, ceremony programs, table numbers, thank-you cards, and more. This is a separate order and will be quoted accordingly.
