Inquiry & Consultation
Once you submit an inquiry form, we will schedule a virtual or in-person consultation. We'll take the time to get to know you and discuss your vision, budget range, and our design process. If you are a wedding planner, please send us an email to inquiry.
Proposal & Booking
After our meeting, we’ll work on a proposal that will include an initial budget range estimate and timeline. Once you have approved the proposal, a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer are required to secure your booking. Once you're on our calendar, you'll receive a client portal to keep everything organized and a questionnaire to gather wording and all the details before design begins.
Design
Our design process begins with a mood board to establish materials, tone, and overall direction. From there, we provide full digital mockups and offer up to three revisions. You’ll then receive a final proof and a print release to sign before we move into production and fabrication. Wedding projects typically take 10 to 16 weeks from design to completion.
Production
Once your print release is signed, we move into production and fabrication. Timelines vary depending on the print methods and materials selected/ Most projects are completed within approximately 4–6 weeks.
Finishing & Mailing
Once everything is ready, we securely package everything and can either ship it directly to you or coordinate guest mailing services through UPS or USPS Ground Advantage.
Day-Of Stationery
For weddings, day-of goods are typically designed 2–3 months before the event and quoted separately from your invitation suite.
